Do not download your zip file with your phone. Instead, download it with your computer.

If you do not have a computer or laptop, there IS a way to download to your phone or tablet with an app called WinZip. I don't know how to do it...I've only been told you can. It's a tricky process.

On your computer, it's super easy: just save it to your desktop, then right click on it and "unzip/extract" the file.

Also, please only download the zip file with your name/number/info on it and not everyone elses photos as well. :) Thank you!
