Shipping:
- Orders are typically sent out the next day after recieving them. Sometimes, I might be away shooting 3 and 4 day long events, so it may take a few days before I recieve your order.

- Shipping/Handling is included in the price. There is no extra fee.

- Single Image Downloads are typically sent out the day I receive the order. I send them via email.

- Prints may take several days to reach you. I send all my prints out to a 3rd party professional printing company. Printing turn-around time is typically 24 hours. To keep my cost down, I ship via First Class mail for 4x6 and 5x7 prints. Larger prints are send 3 day express via FedEx.

Cropping:
With certain print sizes (5x7, 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20), the aspect ratio is different than that of the original file. The high-end Digital SLR cameras used these days for on-track photography are a 3:2 aspect ratio whereas the above mentioned print sizes are 4:3.

Should you choose to order a print that isn't a 3:2 ratio, I will crop it myself and I promise it'll still look sexy. If I run into any issues, I'll contact you before I send it.

Here's an example of an original shot being cropped into a 4:3 ratio (5x7, 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20).
